We select all of our ingredients with great care and intention, focusing on high-quality, nutrient dense, and easy to recognize ingredients that are better for this earth and better for our bodies. The result is great tasting treats that are non-GMO, gluten free, and free from artificial ingredients, refined sugars, soy, dairy, and peanuts. We go beyond what the products are "free from" and select only high quality, real, wholesome food to nourish the spirit, mind and body.

    Coconut oil is a good source of MCTs, healthy fats that are easily digested and converted into energy for the body, while also enhancing brain health and immunity.

  • Coconut Sugar

    An unrefined, natural, low glycemic sugar that contains various vitamins and minerals. The Glycemic Index
    of Coconut Sugar is 35, compared to white sugar between 60 and 75, so it has a lower effect on blood
    sugar.

  • Dark Chocolate
